TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Room rates above are based on single / double occupancy

• Extra person add US$25 per night (extra bed will be provided). One child below 8 years old is free of charge if sharing a room with parents if no extra bed is needed.
• Maximum three persons in a room.
• Additional $6 per person for breakfast.
• Check-in time is 2 pm / Check-out time is 12 noon.

OPTIONAL PRIVATE TRANSFERS (EACH WAY):

•  From Caticlan airport or jetty port to Palm Breeze Villa (or back): US$15 per person (minimum 2 persons.)
•  Free transfers for stays of over a week.
